I flew with Garuda airlines from London Heathrow on December 27th at 6.30am, which meant that I needed to travel to the airport the evening of Boxing Day. I dropped off the van at my friend’s farm, got a taxi to Gatwick airport and then got the National Express coach to Heathrow arriving at 10.20pm….
